the afghanistan war, the iraq war are winding down. the office of management budget, congressional budget said if you take $1 trillion it will lower the debt by $1 trillion and allow us to take an additional $200 billion in interest savings, that's what we have in our bill. it's all been done by the nonpartisan congressional budget office. i can't imagine the fact they have voted for, let's see, 230 republicans voted for that in the so-called budget. 40 republicans voted for it. why is it...
